Eight years ago, someone asked me a question that changed my life: "On a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rank your life in the areas of purpose, fulfillment, and joy?" It was a thought-provoking question that set my brain-wheels in motion. I realized that while my life wasn't terrible, it also wasn't as fulfilling as it could be.

So, I set out on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I asked myself, "What version of me would I need to be to up-level those areas of my life?" And that's when everything shifted. I started living with more intention, meaning, and purpose. I became more aware of my own strengths, values, and goals. And I started helping others do the same.
